Suresh Balakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Government Law College, Kerala, India (1992) and practised law in Kerala for seven years. He completed a Master of Laws (Intellectual Property) from Murdoch University, Perth, in 2000 and has been admitted as a legal practitioner in Western Australia since 2005. Suresh is one of the few lawyers who were admitted in multiple jurisdictions to practice law.

Suresh practices in commercial law, property law, civil litigation, wills and estate planning, probate administration, and personal injury law. Before establishing Wyatt Balak Lawyers in 2024, Suresh worked as a Senior Associate at two prominent law firms in Albany.

Suresh’s professional focus is providing expert legal solutions with integrity, dedication, and a deep commitment to the community.

Suresh, originally from Kerala, India is happily settled in Albany with his wife. Suresh is an avid camper, and gets away with his wife on camping trips, loves snorkelling and swimming. Suresh is a member of the Albany Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Law Society of Western Australia.
